This PR migrates the CI workflows from npm to pnpm, adds pnpm caching, and ensures all builds use pnpm. It also includes a report documenting the CI setup, required secrets, and local build commands in [AI_REPORTS/build-ci.md](AI_REPORTS/build-ci.md).
